This policy explains what information The Main Street Operator collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to themainstreetoperator.com and the email lists operated under it.

We collect the name and email address you provide when you subscribe to the newsletter, sign up for Keystone, or apply for a Systems Sprint. If you apply for a Sprint, we also collect the business details you submit in the application form and, if you choose to provide it, your phone number. We collect standard, non-identifying usage data such as pages visited, referring source, and coarse form selections.

How we use it

We use your name and email address to send the newsletter, product updates, and replies to your inquiries. We use application details solely to evaluate and respond to your Sprint request. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers described below.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of providers, each of which processes your data on our behalf and under its own privacy terms:

• Google Analytics: aggregate, privacy-respecting site usage measurement.
• Beehiiv: newsletter and email signup. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Resend: delivery of the Systems Sprint application you submit and our transactional email.
• Vercel: hosting and content delivery for this site.

Your data in the Keystone app

When you use the Keystone app (app.trykeystone.io), your diagnostic answers, scores, and business figures belong to your account. Every account is isolated at the database row level: no other user can read your answers or your numbers. Where the product shows market benchmarks, those are anonymized aggregates only; your individual data is never shown to another user.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. Sprint applications are retained in our operations inbox while we evaluate them and for our engagement records. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending email; you may also request full deletion of your records at any time.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, email contact@themainstreetoperator.com.
